Sales Office Administrator - BH Electronics

Location: Burnsville, MN - South Metro


  • Maintain reports for sales activity, order forecasts and office schedules
  • Sales order data entry, price quotes, order acknowledgements, etc.
  • Maintain sales department files, ISO procedures and work instructions
  • Receptionist duties (phone, greet visitors, direct email and mail, UPS shipping, etc.)
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned that may arise

Qualifications and Skills needed:

  • Strong organizational, efficiency and communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, a note taker while training in order to train efficiently
  • Must be able to learn sales activity reporting
  • 2 year degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • 2 years in office sales administration
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, data base management and ability to learn other programs as needed
